How we work
We’re a software consultancy that builds its own products. Every client engagement runs on Cadence — the AI-enhanced platform we built in-house to plan, build, and ship software. We use it every day, on every project, which keeps us honest and keeps the product sharp.
The team is small. Everyone ships. Designers argue about architecture, engineers shape product strategy, and nobody waits three weeks for an approval. You’ll work directly with clients, directly with leadership, and see your work in production fast.
What we’re looking for
We hire solution engineers across four focuses: product, strategy, design, and development. Most people here blur the lines between at least two. What matters more than your specialty is how you work — resourceful, opinionated, fast, and always learning.
You’ll thrive here if you’re energized by client work, comfortable with ambiguity, and more interested in shipping the right thing than debating the perfect thing.
Roles outside solution engineering mirror their hybrid nature, so if you’re applying for marketing, content, operations, or other divisions, coming in with diverse experience is always a plus. We appreciate interesting people with interesting experience and endless curiosity.
